Dan Haskett (born Baronial xx, 1952 in New York Metropolis, New York, USA),[1] is a renown professional traditional animator and graphic symbol designer who lives in Southern California, USA.

Biography [edit]

Haskett started his career in fine art in 1969, exterior of his high school at the time, High School of Art and Design, with his first projection existence a commercial for Brim coffee, which was, according to him, "very psychedelic".[ii]

He was one of a group of young animators trained by Disney's Nine Onetime Men that were confined to one small room in the Disney Characteristic Animation building in the 1970s.[iii] [4]

Haskett is credited on dozens of feature and telly animation, documentary, and commercial projects, and has won an Emmy Award for his artistic works.[5]
